Motivation Determination
Swagger step, don't shuffle
Expect strength - long length
Don't muffle - breathe deep
Relax sleep
Like owls - tweet & howl
Make a breeze
Fly high with ease
It makes a difference
Seeing you pleases me
I will step out
Like you do too
Strong in spirit
Mind & body
Harmonised
We'll carry on
Life's just begun........

I can not imagine the places you've been,
I can not imagine the sights that you've seen.
I can not imagine the fear you endured,
The life that you lived,
Or the deeds you fulfilled.
The cold stench of death,
Your companion one day,
In a far foreign place it took you away.
The pain you endured is a stranger to me,
All that I know from that hell you were free.
So, with a picture, a poppy, a prayer,
I remember you know,
Rest in peace, journey well.
